Red and green borneo is a new crystal discovered in Indonesia, from the island of South Kalimantan. It’s also known as Kalimantan Bacan gem or batu akik merah by the locals. Although this stone is found in several shades, like pink, red, yellow, blue, and green, the borneo red is the most sought-after color and includes pink or dark red hues. Red and green borneo is mostly agate and quartz. The red in this gem is iron oxide and the presence of nickel creates the green color, making this stone grounding, protective, detoxifying, and calming to the nervous system. The heart-shaped carving symbolizes Divine Love, adding properties of kindness, emotional connection, and compassion. Work with this gem to soothe your nerves and stabilize your body systems.
