This perfume is crafted from notes of:

• Cinnamon
• Clary sage
• Palmarosa
• Ylang ylang
• Gngergrass
• Cut with pomegranate carrier oil

Who is Demeter?

Demeter is associated with agriculture, the harvest, and fertility. She’s also considered to be an Earth and a Mother Goddess. But she’s perhaps best known as mother to Persephone, the maiden who journeyed to the underworld after eating the pomegranate seeds.

Her journey divided the year into seasons because Demeter’s grief over the loss of her daughter to Hades caused her to cast a spell of cold and barrenness upon the Earth. Such is the love of a mother for her daughter. Such is the love we should all know from our own mothers; and such is the love we should all hold for ourselves and each other.

Who is Persephone?

Persephone is the maiden known as the Queen of the Underworld who personifies joy, freedom, life, and every flourishing seed. She’s also a symbol of integration and a powerful role model of what it means to embody your full self, light and shadow united. She helps you shed light on the shadow aspects of yourself so that you can heal and return to wholeness.

We created my Demeter and Persephone Embodiment Perfume with five notes: Cinnamon, clary sage, palmarosa, ylang ylang, and gingergrass and cut it with pomegranate carrier oil.

• Cinnamon stimulates both romantic and physical attraction, and draws prosperity and success. It enhances psychic ability and raises your vibrational field.
• Clary sage evokes feelings of exhilaration and relieves stress and is also a powerful oil for boosting sensuality and intimacy.
