This is the first flower press we’ve ever offered, and it’s perfect for nature lovers and craft enthusiasts alike. We had this offering custom-made just for SG to help you immortalize your favorite blossoms effortlessly.

This plywood flower press features beautiful SG Apothecary art — including our logo and imagery of floral blooms. Also included are lining paper, blotting paper, and screws to clamp the press boards together firmly. With spacious pressing plates, there’s room to press multiple flowers and leaves at once.

Individual flowers carry their own spiritual properties, and we can learn many lessons from each bloom!

About our Apothecary Logo

Our gorgeous Apothecary logo contains meaning in each layer.

• Rod of Asclepius: A universal symbol of healing. This image of a staff with a snake wrapped around it is the insignia of Asclepius, the Greek god of medicine and healing. He was such a skilled healer that he was able to bring people who had passed away back to life.
• Phoenix wings: Symbolizes the process of rebirth and transformation that Apothecary students will go through on their journey throughout the year.
• Crescent moon: Represents nurturing energy, compassion, and Divine Feminine healing.

How to work with this Apothecary Flower Press

To work with this Apothecary Flower Press, start by selecting your fresh flowers or leaves. Place a piece of lining paper on the bottom board, then arrange your chosen flowers on the paper. Cover them with a piece of blotting paper. Finally, place the top board over the blotting paper and tighten the screws to apply even pressure. Let them rest in a dry area for at least 2 weeks.

Once your flowers are completely dry, carefully remove them. Enjoy your beautifully preserved pieces for crafts, decor, or keepsakes. Design stunning natural artwork of your own creation. However you choose to work with yours, may it serve you well. And so it is.
